People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province decided to announce Soi Sim beach ( Soi Sim island, Ha Long bay) and Tra Co beach ( Mong Cai city) are two tourism beaches.
In Document No. 1589 / QD-UBND and 1590 / QD-UBND dated July 29, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee decided to recognize Soi Sim beach (Soi Sim Island, Halong Bay) and Tra Co (Mong Cai city) are two tourism beaches.
Both two beaches reach standards of tourism beach in five years from signed date.
Provincial People’s Committee requires management units take responsible to hang tourism beach signboards and comply strictly the management regulation on tourist beaches in the province.
Soi Sim and Tra Co beaches have smooth and flat sand; convenient transportation; hygiene sanitation, garbage collection and fresh water bath service. Lifeguarding and security on beaches are guaranteed and fully equipped with facilities such as lifesaving motorboats, buoys, boundary flags, fire protection equipment, loudspeaker systems, observation tower, etc. Moreover, human resources on beach are also trained on basic and professional skills.
